Processing time - Tailoring time ( Custom Made orders ): 20 - 30 business days (not including public holidays or weekends)
Processing time - Packing time (Ready-to-wear orders): 3 - 5 business days (not including public holidays or weekends)
After we have finished preparing your orders, the products will go through Quality Control and will be shipped to your destination.
Standard Postage: usually takes 7 - 25 business days to ship to all major destinations, plus 2 -5 days to arrive at your door.
Express Postage: usually takes 5 - 14 business days to all major destinations, plus 2 -5 days to arrive at your door.
Shipping cost varies depending on what shipping method you will choose and the weight of your dress/ items. You can check the shipping cost when you process to check out
Please check your item(s) immediately upon arrival to check for damages or faulty caused by the delivery process. Please check the sizing, style and color of your order to make sure it is what you have ordered. Early notification of any problem will help us solve it quickly.

We use safe international couriers like VN POST, AU POST, DHL, TNT, FEDEX or EMS to send items to your destinations. If you have special requirements regarding shipping couriers, please contact us before placing your order.
Please notice that If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
We do not add taxes, VAT or any other hidden charges. In special cases, you may need to pay import duties on certain goods. For assistance or queries on these, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

For special orders, such as free Standard Postage is included, however, if you choose Express Postage, a fee will be charged.
In the event that a special order requires a return of refund, we will deduct postage fees from the refund if the cause for the return and refund is not our mistake.
If the delivery fails because the address you have provided is incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for any loss in this case e.g. re-postage to a new address.
If the item is retained by customs, it is your responsibility for clearing customs. If you refuse to pay custom duties or require help to clear customs, this may cause the item(s) to return to us. In such cases, the customers will need to pay a re-postage fee to arrange new postage.
There are no hidden charges in our prices. In special cases, you may need to pay import duties on certain goods. For assistance or queries on these, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Before you start to return your items, please notice that not all items are eligible for return and make sure to check our Store Policies.
To start the return process, please send a return request to our customer service within 2 days upon receiving your item(s). The return request is available from your account.
Please note that you need to have an account to do the request. You can contact our customer service for support.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.
After the return request is approved, we will send you the return form for you to fill in. You can send the item(s) to us through your local post office within 3 business days upon receiving the return form. Please post your return/s via a postal service that can be tracked. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns posted via a non-trackable method
Please fill in the return form and email it back to us with the purchased item(s) information, your return postage tracking number, an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
Note:
The return form must be completed and sent back to us before your returned package has arrived at our company. Otherwise our customer service can not process it.
Please complete the provided return form that we have printed for you and include it with your return parcel.
If you post your return more than 3 business days after the day you have made the request, you may be charged a late return fee of $10.00.
All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will send you an approval email to let you know the item(s) condition as well as the type of refund you will receive after the inspection.
Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payments will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.

We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in an unacceptable condition.
Transaction service charge will be deduced from the refund.
